At Miijo we pride ourselves on high quality, durable products that are packaged with care. If you received a product from Miijo that is damaged be sure to contact us within the first 3 days of receiving to request an exchange or refund.
I the case of a reported faulty product, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the product back to us. Miijo will refund this shipping cost upon confirmation of fault. If the product is confirmed faulty, Miijo will then replace the product and express post the new replacement on the next business day.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer returns or refunds on open products due to Australian hygiene & safety standards.
